"These objects were achieved by casting the shape of a very common dog toy. Re-implement this familiar design to be enjoyed in another form and context, subverting the existing physical and emotional attributions of the dog toy. Some elements of the company’s branding were left from the original cast, these characteristics are somewhat obscured by the end of the process, what remains are cheeky reminders of the vases origins."
The glazes used were clear crackle, clear crackle in combination with ink, butter yellow, textured chrome, and textured wheat.
