"Bernard II" Cotton Nylon Vest in Navy
The design motif is a strange American hunting vest that features a front design with only dot buttons struck on the tabs and a large pocket that goes around the body. It will be a II (second) type in which the Barnard pocket developed in '19AW is made into a D pocket that is often used for hunting items. Uses high count (high density) cotton / nylon hose cloth with water repellent finish.
