Nowadays, the fleece made with a hanging knitting machine, which is still in existence in Japan, and only in Wakayama Prefecture, has a fluffy texture and the best comfort, just like American sweatshirts from the 1940s and 1950s. This material is only possible with an inefficient machine that produces about 10 meters per day. We made a luxurious hanging fleece by yarn-dyeing raw Zimbabwe cotton (brown cotton), which is synonymous with Full Count. By doing so, you can enjoy the feel of the raw cotton directly against your skin. Set-in sleeves with a double V pattern. Flat seam stitching with a Union Special sewing machine, random needle punching for the milling, double V-shaped gusset, and up-and-down swing sewing machine for the milling around the neck, all of these are painstakingly detailed, making this the ultimate sweatshirt.
