• We ship domestically and internationally via Swiss Post.
• Please allow 2-3 business days not including holidays and weekends for us to process and ship your order.
• Contact us if you would like to pay extra and ship via a faster service.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping fees including exchange shipping fees and international importation taxes and duties.
• Any delays with the customer's country regarding customs is not under any circumstance under our control. Customs delays can occur in various countries.
• In the event the order was returned back to us because of incorrect address, we will email the customer and re-charge the shipping fee in a new invoice for re-shipment.
• We are not liable if the items have arrived damaged and it were mishandled by the shipping companies. Please contact us before placing an order about acquiring shipping insurance on your order. If you do not include insurance in our order, we are not liable.
• These shipping rates don't apply to furniture. Furniture can only be bought inside Switzerland and customers will be given a shipping quote prior to purchase.
