These work trousers are made with original fabric, inspired by traditional Japanese workwear, or "Noragi." They feature a slightly faded, worn-in look and incorporate distinctly Japanese patterns, while blending them with the ruggedness of American workwear. This pair of trousers expresses a new work style born from the intersection of different cultures. The silhouette is a wide, straight cut.

Noragi (Traditional Japanese Workwear) Noragi are traditional work clothes that have been worn for centuries in agricultural, mountain, and fishing villages in Japan. They possess durability to withstand daily labor and functionality that does not restrict body movement. The texture that develops through long-term use is also considered one of their charms. Furthermore, the ingenuity of handcrafts such as indigo dyeing and Sashiko stitching allows them to be reinforced and repaired over time, and they have been cherished as "tools for living" that go beyond the role of clothing. In recent years, the beauty underpinned by this practicality, and the unique texture and design of Japanese materials, have been re-evaluated, and they are attracting attention from all over the world as "Japan Vintage." At D' Artisan, we have created original fabrics inspired by this traditional Japanese workwear, Noragi. We have incorporated slightly faded colors that look like they have been well-worn, and Japanese patterns into our products, fusing them with the ruggedness of American workwear. We are expressing a new work style that is born from the intersection of different cultures.
