The Harpune Verlag, founded by Sarah Bogner and Josef Zekoff in 2010 in Vienna, publishes exclusive artist books in limited editions, which bring together text and image . The focus of the program is the artist as a lonely performer, magician, artist and monologizing superhero in front of a changing audience. A long-term project of the Harpune publishing house is the remake of Hermann Melville's grandiose century novel Moby Dick in the English original version: The 137 chapters are each illustrated by an artist and published achronologically as individual fillets in an edition of 460 copies. Forty pieces each appear as preferred editions.
