14.5oz denim fabric that is particular about aging

By weaving with an old-fashioned shuttle loom, the fabric has a unique unevenness. The special dark color dyed thread used to weave the fabric has a strong shade of color fading and a color fading called vertical fading appears when it is pierced.

Buttonhole that is hard to tear

The buttonhole is finished by a manufacturing method called rear scalpel.
The area around the hole is cut after overlocking, leaving a tuft of thread in the center of the overlock. When attaching or detaching the button, the remaining tuft acts as a cushioning material between the hard button and the overlock thread and prevents the overhang thread from wearing, making it difficult for the buttonhole to tear.
