Studio D'Artisan | SDA Jeans
This denim is the result of the fusion of two shades of indigo: reddish indigo and greenish indigo. The two shades of indigo in the warp yarn, dyed by the traditional Japanese dyeing technique of kase-dyeing, are a true harmony of nature itself. The delicate overlapping of the colors further enriches the unique expression of the uneven yarn. The gradation of pale indigo blue and natural irregularity created by the kase-dyeing process. The beauty of these two interwoven elements is the very essence of Japanese denim. The depth and profundity that cannot be expressed by rope-dyeing are the result of Japanese tradition and craftsmanship. The vivid indigo blue produced by the two colors of indigo has a special presence.
