The tuck buttons are unpainted iron. The rivets are copper-plated iron. Both will gradually rust over time, developing a unique texture and look.

MATERIAL: 100% COTTON

This selvedge denim features a unique texture, carefully woven slowly and meticulously on an old-fashioned shuttle loom at a historic weaving factory in Okayama Prefecture.
This raw denim is untouched by any post-weaving processes, including washing and shrink-proofing.
Because of the use of old-fashioned looms, production efficiency is extremely low, with only a few meters woven per hour.
However, this meticulous process allows for the creation of a unique fabric with a crisp, full texture without applying excessive tension to the warp threads.
We use carefully selected cotton, carefully examining the texture and length of the fibers. Furthermore, we pay close attention to the number of twists and shape to achieve a crisp, comfortable feel.
