GL3 Circulation Denim Recycled material, recycled yarn, is created by returning fabric scraps and unwanted materials back to cotton and spinning them back into yarn. Once unraveled, the fibers are never uniform. The variations, slubs, neps and unevenness transform the yarn into a rough and rustic texture. This time, D' Artisan has used this recycled yarn on a Toyoda (Toyota) GL3 shuttle loom, manufactured half a century ago, to create original recycled yarn denim. The combination of the old-fashioned loom, which weaves slowly over time, and the uneven recycled yarn, brings a new look to the classic original recipe. The woven fabric is never too perfect. New yet somehow nostalgic. This denim will develop an even deeper character the more you wear it.
