Slim silhouette jeans
It has a slim silhouette even among flat head jeans, and is narrowed down (tapered) from below the knees so that the legs look beautiful. A popular model that goes well with sneakers and leather shoes and can be used in a wide range of coordination from town use to jacket style.
14.5oz denim fabric
The 14.5oz denim fabric woven on an old-fashioned shuttle loom is characterized by a clear and strong vertical drop due to aging due to piercing. You can fully enjoy the discoloration of the original denim fabric, which was created by studying the dyeing of threads.
The buttonhole is finished by a manufacturing method called rear scalpel.
The area around the hole is cut after overlocking, leaving a tuft of thread in the center of the overlock. When attaching or detaching the button, this remaining tuft acts as a cushioning material between the hard button and the overlock thread, and prevents the overhang thread from wearing.
Navy color sewing and bardock
The color of the sewing thread around the front button is aligned with the fabric to make it navy. The front part (around the crotch area) is generally sewn with yellow thread, but it is finished inconspicuously by using the same color thread as the fabric instead of the bright thread color that is easily noticeable when worn.
By inflating the central part and sewing it up, the two threads that sew the belt loop are hard to wear. If you wear it for many years, the color of the central part of this belt loop will fade, and the stitches on both sides will remain dark, creating a unique contrast, which is also an element that colors the aging of flat head jeans.
Created an original iron button as a device to enjoy the aging and the atmosphere of jeans. By applying rust prevention, general brown rust does not appear, and the glossiness and blackness increase.
Original copper rivet
The original rivet is also used for the rivet used for the pocket part. By making the diameter larger than the rivets used for general jeans, even thick fabrics can be firmly sandwiched and reinforced. Another attraction of copper rivets is the secular variation that gradually oxidizes and increases blackness.
A rivet made of iron with copper plating. As a device to increase the strength of the back pocket, the rivet position is lowered below that of general jeans, and the thread sinks by sewing the side of the rivet to prevent thread breakage.
The back pocket has a flat head decorative stitch that can be said to be the face of the brand.
The patch, which is one of the parts that can be said to be the face of jeans, uses a deer leather patch with the brand logo. You can also enjoy the secular variation unique to deer leather.
