Mastermade in Japan
Jeans with a deep rise and a loose silhouette from the waist to the thighs. Since the hem is gently tapered, the shin area does not look extremely thick when worn just, making it easy to coordinate. These jeans are recommended for rough wear with a sense of omission.
14.5oz denim fabric that is particular about aging
By weaving with an old-fashioned shuttle loom, the fabric has a unique unevenness. The special dark color dyed thread used to weave the fabric has a strong shade of color fading and a color fading called vertical fading appears when it is pierced.
Buttonhole that is hard to tear
The buttonhole is finished by a manufacturing method called rear scalpel.
The area around the hole is cut after overlocking, leaving a tuft of thread in the center of the overlock. When attaching or detaching the button, the remaining tuft acts as a cushioning material between the hard button and the overlock thread and prevents the overhang thread from wearing, making it difficult for the buttonhole to tear.
Belt loop with a raised center
By inflating the central part and sewing it up, the two threads that sew the belt loop are hard to wear. If you wear it for many years, the color of the central part of this belt loop will fade, and the stitches on both sides will remain dark, creating a unique contrast, which is also an element that colors the aging of flat head jeans.
Original iron button
Created an original iron button as a device to enjoy the aging and the atmosphere of jeans. By applying rust prevention, general brown rust does not appear, and the glossiness and blackness increase.
Original iron rivet
Original iron rivets are used for the rivets used for pockets. The unique black iron rivet enhances the vintage feel.
Hidden rivets that increase the strength of the back pocket
A rivet made of iron with copper plating. As a device to increase the strength of the back pocket, the rivet position is lowered below that of general jeans, and the thread sinks by sewing the side of the rivet to prevent thread breakage.
Leather patch that can be enjoyed over time
A patch that is one of the parts that can be said to be the face of jeans. The leather patch made of deer leather can be enjoyed over time as it is worn.
