The leather used in Organic Handloom is raw leather, which is a by-product of meat. We use leather purchased from tanners in Japan with thorough environmental consideration and manufacturing management, which is selected from naturally derived plant tannin tanning and leather manufacturing processes that do not put a burden on the environment as much as possible.
