Horsehide is an indispensable material for flat head leather items. Tailored based on a vintage leather jacket from the 1950s. Horsehide, which is made by requesting Tanner, who can handle everything from raw leather to finishing, which is only two companies in the world, is hard to break due to its unique tanning, and the texture increases as you wear it.

Aging over time called tea core

By dyeing the base once in brown and then dyeing the surface, you can enjoy the secular change called "tea core" in which the brown color of the base appears when the surface is rubbed after many years of wearing. Furthermore, a process called greasing, which adds abundant oil, is performed to give a moist texture. For greasing, we use a special oil developed by Flat Head. Since it is fragrance-free, it does not have a greasy odor or stickiness when worn.

Leather piping

Leather piping is applied to the yoke part of the back. The effect of piping creates a thicker edge of the yoke, creating a three-dimensional atmosphere.

Simple design

When you hear the word "riders jacket", many of them have zippers on the sleeves, but I don't dare to wear zippers, and I design only the cuffs. The rider's jacket has a classical atmosphere.

UNIVERSAL ZIPPER

All zippers use UNIVERSAL ZIPPER. Not only is it strong and easy to use, but the brass-colored texture goes well with leather. The color gradually becomes dull, and as the leather ages, it changes to a tasteful atmosphere. Horse leather of the same material is attached to the pull tab, making it easy to open and close, as well as an accent to the design.

Chain zipper (UNIVERSAL ZIPPER)

A diamond-shaped chain zipper is used for the left chest pocket.

Brass-colored iron buckle

Buckles are attached to both sides of the hem. You can adjust the hem width slightly if you like. It looks like brass, but the iron buckle is painted in brass color. It is also attractive that the paint is scraped off and the iron part can be seen when it is rubbed after wearing it for many years.

Rayon jersey

Rayon jersey is used for the lining. By using twill weave of rayon fiber, it is a fabric that has both the strength required for the lining and the good slipperiness. The luster and vivid colors peculiar to rayon also enhance the appeal of the leather jacket.

The right body has an inner pocket with both leather rims, which is convenient for storing smartphones. It fits comfortably on your wrist and is easy to use.
